Also known as fork entry bars, they keep stock flat 2-1/2” above the beams, allowing for forks to get under the load. Simply take two or more forklift clearance bars and drop them over a pair of pallet rack step beams to create separation between load beams and load. The clearance will allow you to get under the load with the forks of your lift truck and safely lift the load from the rack.
Fork entry bars allow for easier and quicker picking of flat stock product from beams of a selective pallet rack system. Fork entry bars create a clearance of 2-1/2″ between beam and bottom of load. This will increase pick efficiency. There will be a time savings on every pick that will equal great efficiency.
The fork entry bars support the flat stock when stored on the beam levels of a pallet rack system. Give your pallet rack extra functions but retrofitting it with forklift clearance bars. The alternative is to store your flat stock on wood pallets. If you don’t have that luxury or if you are trying to conserve clearance between beam levels than forklift clearance bars are the answer to your problems.
